The "Integrated Management System," which combines the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, is used to run Mantis. Our company's goal with this integrated management system is to build a collection of systems in which operations are planned, managed, and efficiency is continuously enhanced by jointly developing handbooks, procedures, and instructions for satisfying needs and standards. Customer-oriented structuring, active participation of employees in administrative processes, system approach based on feedback in management, data-driven decision-making, dynamic process management, and continuous improvement are all objectives of our integrated management system.
